Question 1

What does the R.A.D.D. guarantee involve?

Accepted Answer

If you stay with the program through 12 sessions, do the work required, and incorporate the recovery habits taught into your daily life, you should see a level of recovery you can be proud of. If not, John will continue working with you until you do.

Question 2

How is this different from therapy?

Accepted Answer

Digital addiction coaching is not a replacement for therapy, but rather, it augments it. While therapists explore the past, this coaching provides 24/7 accountability, technical tools, and real-time support based on 20+ years of sobriety experience.

Question 3

What happens if I relapse during the program?

Accepted Answer

You will receive immediate support, relapse-prevention habits, and increased technology limits to get back on track. Sessions will then debrief the relapse to discover what went wrong and make changes to prevent it from happening again.

Question 4

Is this program faith-based?

Accepted Answer

The program can be tailored to your preference. John supports both faith-based and secular paths to recovery, drawing from personal experience in both areas.

Question 5

How long does it take to see results?

Accepted Answer

While everyone's recovery journey is different, most clients experience lasting changes within eight to twelve sessions.
