1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and coaching services. By accessing this website or working with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Coaching Services

We provide coaching services focused on digital addiction recovery. Coaching is not therapy or medical care. Outcomes depend on your engagement; results are not guaranteed.

Services may include:

  • Virtual coaching sessions

  • Encrypted daily accountability messaging

  • Wellness tools and goal tracking

  • Personalized resources

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals age 18 and older. However, minors aged 13 to 17 may access coaching services only with documented, verifiable parental or legal guardian consent.

By proceeding with coaching for a minor, the parent or guardian affirms that they understand and agree to these Terms on behalf of the minor. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if proper consent is not received or verified. R.A.D.D. coaching for minors is provided as family coaching. Children and parents/guardians attend the sessions together.

4. Scheduling, Fees & Payments

  • Coaching is billed in advance.

  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

  • Sessions must be canceled with 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture.

  • Late arrivals over 10 minutes without notice may be canceled.

  • Either party may end coaching with 30 days’ notice.

5. Confidentiality

We keep your communications private and secure, except:

  • When required by law (e.g., harm, abuse, subpoena)

  • With your written permission

Coaching records are stored securely and retained for up to 3 years.

6. Technology Use

We use encrypted tools whenever possible. Coaching is not conducted via social media.
By using our digital services, you acknowledge the risks inherent in internet-based communication.

7. Crisis and Emergency Disclaimer

We are not equipped for crisis response. If you're in danger or suicidal:

  • Call or text 988

  • Dial 911

  • Go to the nearest ER

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, courses, and coaching materials is the property of DigitalAddictionCoach, LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Losses resulting from client choices or lack of engagement

  • Emotional discomfort from self-discovery

  • Technical interruptions

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in or near Suwanee, GA.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after updates implies your acceptance.
